At Mayur Lights, we are committed to providing excellent customer service with every purchase. Please review our return and refund policies for a smooth shopping experience:
Returns: We only accept returns for products purchased directly from the Mayur Lights website.
Return requests for products purchased through third-party online or offline distributors will be declined.
Exchanges:We do not offer exchanges. Please ensure you choose the correct product before confirming your order.
Damaged Products: We only accept returns for damaged products.
To process a return for a damaged product, the customer must provide an unboxing video that clearly shows the damaged or defective product.
Cancellation:Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refunds will be issued. A store credit note will be provided instead.
For other orders, we will issue a refund after quality checks and confirmation.
Refund Process:Â Pickup within 2 days of return request.
After the product is returned, it undergoes a quality check. If it passes the check, we will initiate the refund process.
Refunds for COD orders will be issued as store credit.
Guidelines for a Valid Return:
The product must have all tags intact and in its original packaging.
The product must be unused and unwashed.
The return request should be raised within 24 hours of receiving the item, especially in cases of damaged, missing, or incorrect items. We require video proof of the unboxing to process such claims.
Steps to Return a Product: Create a ‘Return Request’ in the "My Orders" section on the Mayur Lights website.
Alternatively, send an email to care@mayurlights.com with the Order ID, product name, and SKU to begin the return process.
Our courier partner will arrange a pickup from your address. You will be notified via SMS when the pickup is scheduled.
Failure of Pickup:Â We make up to three pickup attempts. If the item is not picked up by the third attempt, the return request will be considered failed.

Self-Shipping Returns:If your location is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you may need to self-ship the product back to us. We will reimburse up to Rs. 100 for shipping costs.
Refund Timeframe:Â Refund initiation will be completed within 1 working day after quality check.
Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds for COD orders will be issued as store credit, valid for 3 months.
Refund Process for Different Payment Methods: Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited within 7 business days after successful quality check.
COD Orders:Â Refunds will be issued as store credit.
Debit/Credit Cards: The refund will be processed according to the bank’s timelines, typically 5-7 working days.
Return Charges:Â Delivery and handling charges are non-refundable.
In case of undelivered or lost orders, we will refund the full amount, including shipping charges, if paid online.
Order Cancellations:Â To cancel your order, please email us at care@mayurlights.com within 24 hours of placing the order. This applies Monday to Saturday, from 10 AM to 6 PM.
If cancellation is successful, the amount paid will be refunded to the same payment method used for the transaction.
Important Notes:Â We will not accept returns for products with torn or damaged packaging.
